The HR Central team is a high performing and dynamic team spread across Abri’s entire geography. We’re responsible for delivering and optimising core HR processes by providing excellent customer service to our colleagues, supporting them across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll act as key point of contact for general HR queries, responding, re-assigning or escalating as appropriate, as well as providing crucial support in various administrative tasks and helping to make sure the smooth operation of our HR functions. From onboarding new starters to handling employee inquiries, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our team's effectiveness. Using your excellent communications skills, and outstanding attention to detail, you’ll be providing top notch customer service to both hiring managers and new colleagues, making sure they receive a great onboarding experience. No two days are the same, so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential, along with an exceptional eye for detail, excellent administration, analytical and organisational skills.
