This Project Administrator role will be part of a brand new team, in a brand new office based in Watford. Our client has been steadily growing over the past 5 years, building a brand and company within the construction sector their staff are passionate about working for. With minimal turnover, internal development and a team of empowered employees this is genuinely a really exciting time to be joining this organisation.
When the new office open's you'll be in the office 4 days a week and will be able to work from home for the 5th, of course you'd be more than welcome to the office if you'd rather! Attracting a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 the role of project administrator will diverse and critical to the wider team. Other benefits include private dental and health cover plus, our client usually shuts down over the Christmas period and this isn't deducted from your annual leave allowance.
On a weekly basis you can expect to:-
* Oversee the administrative areas of projects
* Diary management for project managers
* Record and distribute minutes
* Support with the ongoing management of project overviews and financial reporting
* Preparation of JCT Contracts
* Assist the Bids team with tendor analysis documentation
* Create and format documents
* Maintain and update central databases
* Support with site visits
