Job Title: Mortgage Services Case Owner
Location: Office based role in Colchester, Essex or Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Department: Mortgage Administration Support
Target: Administratively sound candidates with experience of Customer Service in a telephone-based setting.
Rewards: £24K Basic Salary plus fantastic uncapped Bonuses and Benefits (OTE £30-35K).
Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM.

Mortgage Services Case Owner responsibilities:
You will be part of a team who are responsible for proactively managing customers’ mortgage applications, which will involve keeping in regular contact with our clients and housebuilders, delivering high levels of customer service at all times.
As a Mortgage Services Case Owner, you will possess a proven track record in customer services industry, with experience in customer contact by telephone, with excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to work effectively on your own as well as in the team environment and a high accuracy level.
