They are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their multi-disciplinary team in Durham on a full time, permanent basis to work across all sectors including education, health, heritage, commercial, industrial, hotel and leisure.
Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits
Salary: £30k - £45k (Guide only - DOE)
Holiday: Negotiable DOE from 20 days + BH
Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Undertaking building condition surveys
Quinquennial inspections
Report writing
Preparation of schedules of repairs
Planning/listed building/building regulation applications/tender packages
Attending meetings, working with clients, consultants, statutory bodies and local authorities and advising on technical issues.
Building Surveyor Job Requirements
BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying
Previous work experience essential with an excellent knowledge of building construction and Health & Safety related matters.
Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and InDesign
