Job Description
Joining this globally recognised management consultancy as a user researcher, you will work with public sector end clients to help design and build digital services with the end user in mind. You will delve into the users' needs, pain points and experiences to inform decision-making.
Experience with GDS and time consulting with or working in the UK Public Sector is required to hit the ground running.
SC Clearance is mandatory upon application.
Your day-to-day:
* Planning, designing and carrying out user research activities that help teams get a deep understanding of the users' desires, pains, needs and experiences.
* Aligning user research activities to inform decision-making and action.
* Helping educate internal stakeholders on qualitative and quantitative research methods, appreciate their limitations and when to apply them appropriately.
* Analysing research data and synthesizing findings.
* Communicate research findings concisely and convincingly across the business.
Your experience:
1. You understand and have experience with a range of user-centred practices. You can work with colleagues to plan and do continuous user research as a multidisciplinary team.
2. You have GDS experience across different phases of assessment.
