I am recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the mixed-signal IC products space, and we are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in semiconductor development. The Role:
As a Programme Manager, you will lead the full project lifecycle from concept to production, focusing on performance leadership in mixed-signal IC products. You will work closely with multi-functional silicon development teams to meet internal and customer commitments, ensuring alignment across all organisational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-to-end programme management for mixed-signal IC development, with a focus on digital or analog design.
* Collaborate with engineering, management, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and project transparency.
* Implement best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and deliver repeatable, high-quality results.
* Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain project momentum within budget and timelines.
* Champion lessons learned to continuously improve processes and avoid known issues.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Extensive experience as a Programme Manager within the semiconductor industry, particularly with digital or analog design projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex IC development projects.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project.
* Solid understanding of product development cycles, from concept to production.
