The Kindergartens are recruiting for Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at our Crescent II (SW17) setting.

Qualifications:
* Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* First Aid certification (preferred)
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
Duties:
* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 1-3
* Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
* Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
