Responsible for: Developing Pinntec Product Sales for all target markets (B2B), maximising profitability and repeat business
Over the past 12 months, Pinntec have been investing in creating a Market Leading Product Sales Platform and relevant Product Range which is targeted at:
· Architects; Principal Contractors; Facilities Management; Large Scale Estates and Retail businesses
· Small to Medium based businesses
Pinntec’s platform (pinntecdirect.com) is wholly owned and operated by Pinntec and has been soft launched over the past few months to ensure the various integrations and functionality are hardened.
The platform has embedded payment and account functionality, as well as real time availability, price and promotion functions.
Currently, pinntecdirect.com has ~70k products available and has the capacity to grow if required.
Pinntec are now looking for a Head of Product Sales to take full responsibility for:
· Product Range
· Go To Market activities (including direct marketing, SEO and targeted account sales)
· Significant sales growth and creation of a long term customer base
The primary goals for the Head of Product Sales are:
· Define the target market
· Define the product range
· Create a now > next > later sales plan that leads to significant sales revenue growth
· Generate long term, repeatable accounts where we deliver a marketing leading service
· Manage the Products Sales team (including identifying new team members, training, management and leadership)
· Influencing and supporting the wider Pinntec team to ensure key service levels are met (e.g. warehouse, administration, finance and operational functions)
