Role: School Administrator

Salary: £10,631.50 per annum (actual)

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic School Administrator to join our team at Esland's school based in Grantham. Our school is a provision for children with special education needs, providing high-quality education in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that builds a foundation for lifelong learning. We are looking for someone to assist in the process of opening and beyond, to support in ensuring the smooth running of our specialist provision. Minimum Requirements:
1. Excellent working knowledge of programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and numeracy skills
3. Excellent organisation skills, able to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
4. A friendly manner with all visitors and stakeholders
5. Strong administration skills
6. Experience of working in a SEMH/SEND school (desirable)
7. The ability to update and maintain records on internal databases/systems
8. Understanding and experience of maintaining safeguarding and security procedures
9. The ability to respond to time-sensitive tasks (often during busy periods) and meet deadlines
The above serves as a guide and is not exhaustive; all professional staff are expected to undertake other duties and projects as may be reasonably required by the Headteacher in accordance with the needs of the school. You will be working as part of a team and may be asked to provide extra support within the office during busy periods.
