Responsibilities:
* Deliver a world-class experience for every customer.
* Meeting the patients and preparing the work area for their procedure.
* Cleaning and sterilising dental instruments for the dentist.
* Assisting the dentist during patient treatment and digitising their notes.
* Disinfecting the work area and reprocessing treatment.
* Taking 3D scans under the dentist's supervision.
* Looking after patient records and related medical notes.
* Performing clerical and administrative duties.
Requirements:
* A valid GDC registration number.
* Previous experience in the orthodontic industry will be a plus.
* Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of all clinical policies and procedures governing team duties.
* Strong knowledge and use of PC and common software applications.
