Job Summary:
The Studio Manager at BFT is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness studio, ensuring a high-quality experience for all members and staff. This role involves managing staff, coordinating class schedules, maintaining the studio’s appearance, and driving membership growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, highly organized, and has strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness studio, ensuring that all classes run smoothly and that the studio is well-maintained and fully equipped.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and schedule a team of fitness trainers and front desk staff. Foster a positive and energetic work environment that aligns with BFT’s values.
Membership Management: Drive membership growth through effective marketing strategies, community outreach, and exceptional customer service. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
Class Scheduling: Coordinate class schedules to optimize attendance and ensure a balanced offering of programs. Monitor class participation and adjust schedules as needed.
Financial Oversight: Manage the studio’s budget, including payroll, expenses, and revenue tracking. Develop strategies to meet financial targets and improve profitability.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the studio and its programs. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract and retain members.
Quality Control: Ensure that all fitness programs meet BFT’s high standards for quality and effectiveness. Regularly review trainer performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the studio. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, local businesses, and the community. Represent BFT at local events and initiatives.
