Our exclusive client, a highly successful division of a global manufacturing group has a new vacancy for an Executive Assistant to join the team. Working predominantly with the Group Managing Director, the successful candidate must be highly organised, able to handle multiple priorities with discretion and will have worked in a fast-paced environment. The Role: Manage executive calendars including arranging appointments and meetings. Handle correspondence on email and phone calls on behalf of the MD. Prepare and organise reports, presentations and documentation for review. Schedule personal appointments and travel where appropriate. Facilitate communication with external stakeholders including suppliers, clients and industry partners. Draft, proofread and edit communications ensuring clarity and professionalism. Act as liaison between executive office and other departments Handle confidential information with utmost discretion Assist in resolving issues or enquiries in collaboration with customer service and operations teams. The Person: Experience as an Executive Assistant gained within a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, distribution, etc). Excellent time management and organisation skills Ability to work independently and maintain discretion. High level of business acumen and professionalism. Exceptional problem-solving skills and multitasking capabilities. Strong attention to detail
