Job summary Band 4 Senior Administrator (Theatres & Anaesthetics) The role of the Senior Administrator is to provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the theatres and associated clinical teams. The post holder will be required to liaise with clinicians, theatre staff, CAT teams and other members of the multidisciplinary teams. You will have the ability to work unsupervised and under your own initiative and be able to use theatre systems to their full potential. Main duties of the job As a Senior Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Theatres & Anaesthetics. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks such as collating reports, updating clinical rotas, maintaining theatre schedules and organising formal meetings. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proactive approach will be key to your success in this role. The role is in a busy dynamic team; you will need to be responsive to change and communicate effectively.
