Whether you're a recent graduate or a vet looking to take your career in a new direction, we’ll provide the support you need to thrive. If you have an interest in medicine, diagnostic imaging, or emergency critical care, and are considering working towards a certificate in one of these fields, this role offers the chance to gain invaluable experience in a busy hospital setting. You’ll be supported throughout your inpatient shifts, working alongside senior colleagues who will mentor and guide you. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week over 4 days, primarily based at our hospital, but occasional consulting shifts may be at one of our nearby branches. About Us: Our purpose-built hospital is equipped with a comprehensive range of diagnostic and surgical tools, enabling our team to deliver the highest standards of care. We have a well-established client base that is motivated and eager to invest in their pets’ health, which provides a great caseload to work through. Our in-patient care is top-notch, with our dedicated RVN team providing round-the-clock care. We also have a fantastic Night Vet and RVN team that offers emergency and intensive care when needed. Additionally, we are fortunate to be located close to some of the best referral centres in the country. Our Team: We have a supportive and friendly team of 13 day vets, 3 night vets, 18 day nurses, and several other support staff, all committed to delivering exceptional care. The Area: Situated in a bustling market town, we are surrounded by beautiful countryside, including the scenic Chiltern Hills.
