What you'll be doing
We always ‘Aim High’ and we’re crystal clear on how to make our customers feel at home. With your friendly service and natural instincts for helping them find exactly what they need, you'll be hitting (and smashing!) your sales numbers in no time.
* Customer connection: You’ll create a warm and welcoming environment, building natural connections with customers and truly listening to what they’re looking for, delivering expert advice to every customer, every time.
* Passionate about product: We’ll teach you everything there is to know about our products, so you can confidently recommend the best options and demonstrate your expertise to our customers.
* Sales success: You’ll guide customers through the buying journey, identifying and recognising what they are looking for through really great questions to help them find the perfect fit for their home.
* Offer Honest Advice: At DFS, we believe in being real with our customers. You’ll offer the best options based on their needs - without overpromising - so they can trust they’re making the right decision and have the confidence in you.
* Order accuracy: You’ll make sure every order is spot on, handling details with care and attention so our customers get exactly what they expect.
* Store pride: You’ll keep our showroom looking stunning, ensuring everything is beautifully displayed and that our customers are getting a consistent journey no matter what store they visit.
* Guide the Next Steps: Make sure our customers are fully informed on what comes next, whether it’s who to contact with questions or updates about their delivery. Your clear communication will ensure a seamless experience.
