Job Title: Finishing Manager Start Date: ASAP Location: Maidstone Day Rate: £220 - £250 My Client is looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to assist on the final stages of a new build care home. You will be responsible for overseeing the scheme from 2nd stage fix through to completion. Works will include floor laying, decoration and sign offs. Responsibilities: Managing internal fit-out packages, ensuring efficient and seamless construction. Ensure the quality of works completed on site are to standard/spec Overseeing contractors and sub-contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication. Ensuring adherence to building regulations and safety procedures, creating a safe work environment. Proactively managing risks, implementing solutions to minimise delays and ensure project success. Reporting project progress and key decisions, ensuring transparency. Requirements: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Background working for a Main Contractor on residential or care homes. Strong understanding of construction processes, technical specifications, and building regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management skills.
