Sales Distribution & Dispatch Expert – 18 Months Fixed Term Contract Closing Date for Applications – 26th February (COB) This role will support the Supply and Logistics team in delivering site supply plans by managing and executing critical sales and distribution processes, including delivery creation and invoicing exception management. Additionally, the role ensures that products are shipped to customers in compliance with GSK SOPs and expectations, while providing support to the warehouse team as needed. Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK In this role you will: Management of 0-2 weeks Order Book & look ahead 2-4 weeks: Delivery Creation Coordination — daily creation of deliveries in MERP, including necessary compliance checks for aligned customer required dates (CRD) for pack changes. Communicates with customer to gain approval to ship any batches with short shelf life remaining at dock date in market. Provide logistics leadership with performance trends for Right First Time (RFT) % of deliveries created to plan. Sanction Market Management: Responsible for licence applications and updating of sales orders to lift embargos for all orders supplied to Sanction markets. Acts as the site key contact for Sanctions & Export screening requests and provides key data as required. Management of Product Returns to site: Responsible for coordinating and executing order returns to site after Post Goods Issue resulting from quality or distribution issues. Supply of Registration Samples and adhoc supply requests: Responsible for the co- ordination of adhoc supply requests, registration samples and other non standard shipments including proforma invoice creations. Management of shipments outside the Global shipping process, to include Registration samples. S&D Master Data Management: Responsible for managing S&D data objects which includes Customer Material Information Records (CM/R), Material Listings (ML), Batch Search Strategy (BSS), Trade route creations via submission of SID (site item data form) & customer address details via MERP EDM Tool. Data sourcing and provision for all above tasks. Despatch Management: To ensure that product manufactured at Worthing is dispatched optimizing vehicles. Strong communication with logistics service provider to ensure shipment ex-site on time and in full as committed. Why you?
