The Finance Team at The National Archives is part of the Corporate Services Directorate along with IT Operations and Estates & Facilities. The Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions sit within the Financial Accounting team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of all transactional processing. Person specification We are looking for an individual to join the Financial Accounting team, reporting to the Finance Manager, to work on all aspects of AP and AR. The purpose of the role is to ensure the long-term stability and success of our transactional processing; delivering excellent customer service to the business while adhering to all relevant policies and processes and maintaining compliance with all statutory regulations. This is a part time role of 21.6 hours per week (0.6 FTE). A team player with a flexible approach, willing to assist with various as hoc tasks where required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience of Workday Finance system.
