Arborist Supervisor

Aboutthe role
As aContract Supervisor, you will focus on the day-to-day running ofthe contract, managing the planning and performance of worksthrough area-based teams, ensuring that the required contractspecifications are met. You will have responsibility for peoplemanagement, health & safety conformance, and assisting theContract Manager as required. You will work closely with bothinternal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and thehighest standards of performance.
Requirements
* Thisrole will require Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31) andLevel 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38),Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS39), Large fall over 380mm and Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging(Formally CS 41)
* Emergency First Aid at Work +Forestry (EFAW+F) and Windblown Trees certificates are desirablebut not necessary, as training can be provided.
* proven experience as an Arborist
* Full Clean Driving Licence.
* Strong communication skills with the abilityto liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.
* Experience in managing teams and performance.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safetyprocedures and risk management.
* Ability totrain, guide, and mentor others in arb techniques
* Strong organizational and problem-solvingskills.
