GoWithYourFlow Come and join us as an Estimating Supervisor in Non-Residential and build your career as part of a brand new team.The role: As our Estimating Supervisor, you will be responsible for understanding customer and project requirements, sourcing product costs from multiple manufacturers and preparing accurate and comprehensive quotations. You will collaborate with customers at various levels ranging from estimators to directors, suppliers and internal stakeholders including account managers and buyers to ensure quotations are competitive and within budget.Key Responsibilities: Define and Implement a way of working across the department to suit the needs of the non-resi customer and supplier base. Review ways of working/ processes are fit for purpose and adjust accordingly. Ensure that the team of estimators manage enquiries and quote consistently to the ways of working.Identify the needs of the customer by developing and nurturing strong relationships, ensuring that specifications and quotations meet their requirements. Act as the main point of contact, putting the customer at the forefront of our decision making and ensuring that we continue to be the customer's choice.Provide accurate and competitive quotations that consistently meet the site/project requirements whilst ensuring all products are compatible and meet legislation/legal requirements.Manage multiple enquiries simultaneously whilst ensuring customer expectations and submission deadlines are met.Maintain accurate information and records of all quotations issued, up-to-date quote stages, supplier pricing for each project and key contact and customer information.Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project costs, schedules, or quality. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.Extract project requirements from specifications and technical drawings to ensure quotations are comprehensive, accurate and returned in-line with deadlines.Work with key manufacturers to gain project pricing to enable the creation of competitive quotations. Manage all outstanding pricing support documents and ensure that each supplier is providing pricing in a timely manner to support quote turnaround times.You: You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
