The team
Our Belfast Dispute Resolution & Litigation team specialises in all forms of commercial litigation, in particular disputes in the corporate, real estate, energy, tech and financial services spheres. Our state-of-the-art office provides space for a collaborative working culture and a fantastic environment to enable a mix of office and home working, as required by our caseload.
We currently act for an impressive number of large national and multi-national corporations, High Street banks, financial institutions and FTSE 250 clients. We provide our clients with a wide range of advisory and litigation services covering all aspects of commercial litigation.
The role
Our Belfast team is looking for a commercial litigator (5 yr PQE upwards) with demonstrable experience in disputes in the commercial sector.
If you join us, you will have the opportunity to shape the growth and success of our team. You will share responsibility for mentoring and supervising junior team members and you will have a key role in supporting business development initiatives. We are aware that as a candidate at this stage of your career you are likely to have a client following. In this case, as appropriate, we would be pleased to discuss how we could work together to continue to deliver for your clients and how your existing book of instructions may align with ours.
You will currently be working in a commercial litigation team and have experience of handling a busy caseload.
