Cycle Pharmaceuticals based in Cambridge are seeking a motivated Marketing Administrator. As a Marketing Administrator, you will support the Marketing team on a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives to drive business objectives. This role would be well suited to a driven individual with an interest in Marketing and Project Management.
Job Interactions & Interface:
This role interacts internally with all departments. Externally this position interacts with Cycle’s partners and suppliers (printers, fulfillment centres etc.) as well as events companies and organisers.

Job Title: Marketing Administrator
Cycle Company: Cycle Pharmaceuticals Ltd
Position Summary: This is a full-time position within the Marketing department, working in our Cambridge office on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office).
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide support to the marketing team, delivering on specific project objectives, prioritising the US market.
2. Support Brand Management in the execution of HCP and patient events in the US.
3. Support the delivery of multichannel activities e.g. event materials for conferences/exhibitions/advisory boards, websites, email campaigns and promotional materials.
4. Administer marketing material and upload it onto our CMS system (Mainsail), raise placeholders and monitor the review and approval process ensuring deadlines are met.
5. Support in the release and recall of marketing materials process.
6. Request quotes from our suppliers and ensure marketing expenditure is in line with the marketing budget.
7. Assist in the running of the online portal with our print and fulfilment house in the US.
8. Maintain and build good relationships with our stakeholders.
9. Assist the team with Quality Control checks and proofreading, with a keen eye for detail, to support in the production of marketing material.
10. Manage the renewals of the Cycle website domains.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Academic Degree, Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing Qualification or relevant experience (ideally 2+ years) in an administration role.
2. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced agile environment.
3. Experience of managing multiple projects and working under pressure.
4. A “can do” attitude, flexible self-starter able to work using initiative.
5. Good communication skills, able to work as part of a growing team.
6. Willing to learn new processes and work to procedures set within the business. A detail orientated and organised mindset. Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint).
Desirable:
• WordPress or similar.
• Google Analytics / SEO experience.
