As the Product Designer, youll play a pivotal role in defining our product vision, managing priorities, and ensuring successful delivery. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements, driving the product roadmap to achieve organizational goals. N ot a remote position What will I do: Duties may include but are not limited to: Product Planning & Delivery: Prioritize and refine the product backlog to align with feedback and evolving business priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with development, design, and key stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on goals. Obstacle Removal: Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder progress. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships, expectations, and feedback with clear communication. User Experience Advocacy: Ensure products deliver seamless, high-quality experiences for end users. Performance Monitoring: Analyze metrics, feedback, and trends to drive continuous improvement. Product Launch & Adoption: Plan and lead successful launches while promoting adoption and satisfaction. Foster Innovation: Encourage experimentation and innovation within the team to stay ahead of trends. Empower Teams: Promote autonomy and accountability within a self-organizing team. What We're Looking For: 2 years as a Product Designer or similar role in a tech-driven or innovative environment. Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles and developing strategies. ITIL4 Certification (desirable). Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Strong product management and user-centered design principles knowledge. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage priorities and balance strategic vision with execution. Analytical and data-driven mindset to leverage insights for improvement.
