Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and mentoring the nursing team to maintain excellent clinical standards.
* Supporting RVNs, students, and VCAs in their professional development.
* Ensuring smooth surgical and patient care workflows within the practice.
* Collaborating closely with veterinary surgeons and support staff.
* Driving a positive and supportive team culture.
Candidate Requirements:
* Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS-qualified).
* Strong clinical experience with leadership aspirations or experience.
* A proactive and motivational approach to team management.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
