What you will be doing:
This role is critical to what we do in AR&O and as we move forward in exploring new opportunities:
1. You will develop and apply product and refurbishment process knowledge to support Principal Engineer with facility/equipment readiness to deliver refurbishment tasks in line with programme deliverables.
2. You will develop Test Loop plant knowledge and understanding to support Principal Engineer with plant preparation, defect rectification and improvement implementation.
3. Support Senior Engineer with Preventative Maintenance deployment and equipment calibration/service arrangements.
4. You will represent the department at weekly meetings to expedite procurement of parts, design work packages and communicate status to team.
5. You will be the primary point of contact for the delivery of proactive emergent work packages.

1. Qualified to at least HND level or equivalent in a relevant discipline or qualified by experience.

4. Experience or a good understanding in project management; including project plans, budget/cost, and risk in line with customer requirements.
5. You will possess excellent organisational and presentation skills and feel comfortable presenting at all levels.
