Accounts administrator
Location: Near Ollerton, Nottinghamshire
Contract type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £13.00 an hour
We have a great opportunity with one of our existing clients for an accounts administrator in a small but growing manufacturing company based near to Ollerton, Nottinghamshire due to location own transport is essential. The company prides themselves on manufacturing high quality products at a reasonable price.
Personal Attributes
• Working well within a team and on an individual basis using your own initiative
• Previous experience working within an administrative role
• Good communication skills both written and verbally
• A current driving license and a reliable vehicle
• Focus on completing tasks to a high standard
Duties:
• Reconciliation of bank payments
• Answering incoming calls
• Posting invoices to sales and purchase ledgers in an accounting package
• Assisting in responding to customers enquiries and complaints
• Creating orders to suppliers
• Following up on orders
