Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and process-driven HR Administrator to join our team in Fareham, United Kingdom. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will provide effective and efficient HR administrative support to Boskalis Westminster and its subsidiary groups, ensuring that all HR systems and procedures are administered effectively. Main Tasks: Visa and Compliance Administration Provide support for visa applications, including assisting employees with the process and necessary documentation. Manage the visa inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to promptly and accurately. Liaise with crewing coordinators in the UK and overseas to facilitate visa and compliance requirements. Training Assist with the booking and coordination of training programs for employees. Maintain accurate training records, ensuring all certificates are filed and logged appropriately. Support system housekeeping, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant. HR Records and Employee Administration Complete all administrative tasks for new employees and leavers in a timely manner. Administer the HRIS system entering data and ensuring that accurate records are maintained. Monitor and organise filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance. Recruitment Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Provide administrative support during recruitment campaigns as required. Onboarding Ensure references are sought for all new employees. Conduct and document right-to-work checks, escalating issues where necessary. General HR Administration Support the HR Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects as required. Assist in maintaining a high standard of service delivery across all HR functions.
