Finance Manager (Qualified) Food Manufacturing Nottinghamshire Permanent, Hybrid Working Salary competitive Benefits such as car allowance and bonus 360 Recruitment are searching for a Qualified Finance Manager, as part of the wider Commercial Finance team, this role will provide critical insight and analysis to key stakeholders, aiming to influence decisions and drive actions. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Work alongside the procurement team, supporting and challenging them through varying scenarios across the year. Help the team align with their strategies while providing actionable financial insights. Collaborate with the commercial finance team to manage customer pricing models. Own the analysis of inflation/deflation and provide clarity to the business regarding its financial impact. Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and track procurement rebates, ensuring that all financial tracking is robust, traceable, and documented in the central repository. Support the procurement team with value chain analysis work streams involving suppliers, ensuring strong financial analysis and support to drive effective decision-making. Oversee financial tracking for value engineering projects, assessing all project elements to provide confidence in the bottom-line impact on the business. Assist in the preparation and delivery of the annual budget and provide support for the financial appraisal of the monthly re-forecast with the procurement team. Develop and deliver insightful management information for internal stakeholders, helping them understand business performance and drive key decisions. Manage and develop one direct report, providing guidance, training, and support in their professional growth and performance.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to effectively manage priorities in a growing, dynamic environment. Strong proficiency with Excel is essential for data analysis, modelling, and reporting. Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Sound commercial awareness with a good understanding of business acumen and financial impacts. An inquisitive approach, constantly seeking opportunities to challenge existing processes and improve efficiency. Professional Qualification: CIMA, ACCA, or a similar finance qualification is preferable. This position requires flexibility to travel to UK locations as necessary. You will be part of a collaborative and fast-moving team, providing impactful financial insights to support strategic decisions.
