* Meet and greet all guests, providing refreshments as needed
* Handle general administration tasks, including timely responses to queries and booking requests
* Maintain the office environment, coordinating with other departments
* Ensure implementation of health and safety checks through regular floor walks
* Communicate relevant information to the office via email
* Order office supplies and maintain tidy and organised storage areas
* Prepare meeting rooms for internal and external use
* Sort and distribute incoming mail
* Liaise with the IT Helpdesk to meet IT requirements
* Ensure building compliance and update building management with records
* Assist with event coordination
* Provide project support for events
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Office Manager or Office Coordinator
* Proficient in stakeholder management
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
