Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse with Sycamore Court, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and professional care to our residents. This flexible, zero-hour position is ideal for a qualified nurse who values work-life balance and wishes to work according to their availability. You will provide essential nursing support, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and ensure each resident receives person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments, develop and review care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Administer medications and provide accurate, timely documentation.
• Monitor and manage residents’ health conditions, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.

Requirements:
• Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
• Proven experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting is desirable.
