Do you have a huge personality and love keeping things organised? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Office Manager to take charge of our office environment and make it the heart of the team!
The Role:
In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together, managing the day-to-day office operations, creating a lively atmosphere, and organizing everything from office supplies to team events. You’ll be the go-to person for all office needs, from welcoming visitors to arranging social events. Your energy and attention to detail will make our office an amazing place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the smooth running of the office, making sure it’s organised, stocked, and buzzing with energy.
* Manage office supplies, from stationery to tea, coffee, and weekly food orders.
* Plan and execute social and team-building events that bring the team together.
* Greet visitors, answer phones, and ensure meetings are set up with everything needed (refreshments, materials, etc.).
* Ensure health & safety procedures are followed, including acting as Fire Marshall and First Aider.
* Coordinate maintenance, recycling, and confidential shredding services.
* Handle parking permits and manage the company Ringgo account.
* Support the Contracts Admin team with various tasks and vendor management.
