To work with the Estates Director to ensure that all estates related matters are dealt with in an effective and consistent manner, providing services, advice and guidance regarding policy and industry best practice.
To proactively support the Estates Director in the operational management of our sites, providing a comprehensive premises support service to ensure that the estate meets
· current Health & Safety regulations
· current compliance regulations
· teaching and learning needs,
and that sites are generally well maintained.
The premises manager will also be responsible for ensuring competent contractors are engaged to provide services as required.
The role will predominantly be based at South Axholme Academy and Epworth Primary Academy, although may involve working at any of the Trust’s sites.
The premises manager reports directly to the Estates Director.
