The Women, Children & Families Clinical Group have a vacancy for the post of Medical Secretary Supervisor to work within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Ninewells Hospital.
We are looking for an individual with accurate keyboard skills along with medical terminology, including the ability to audio type. You must possess good organisational skills and a knowledge of general office duties. Excellent communication skills along with a pleasant and helpful manner are essential, and you should be able to work well as part of a team.
Hours of Work: 37 Monday-Friday
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
