These children and young people are looked after, our teams support and develop permanency and care planning. We also support young people out of care and back to family members as well as those who are approaching leaving care to develop meaningful pathway plans to reach their future aspirations

As Team Manager in the Children Looked After Service, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of Newly Qualified Social Workers, experienced Social Workers, and Senior Practitioners. You will be required to provide advice, support and guidance to the team, be responsible for quality assurance activity, driving performance, supervision, and service developments. The role will focus on enabling the best possible outcomes for children and young people by:
Supporting them to remain safely in their home or community environment, where possible.
Ensuring they achieve positive outcomes through effective social work intervention.
Delivering services with measurable benefits to service users, grounded in best professional practice and standards.
Support children to move out of our care and back to the care of friends and families.andnbsp;
