Candidates must be highly organised and be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages. The role requires a commercial acumen and a strong attention to detail. Reporting to the Director, the role has been created to assist with her day-to-day activities. The role will be varied and will include all aspects of general office administration/management. The role will have a large amount of data analysis on a day-to-day basis, you will collate information for business tenders, reporting, quotations and timesheets. You will have involvement with admin projects such as website/marketing material creation. You will be responsible for ensuring all risk assessments and general building administration is logged and up to date. As part of your role, you will assist with managing the director’s calendar and make appointments/arrangements where required. The business designs and builds one off bespoke machinery for the countries best known universities, research institutes and manufacturers. This is a brand new role where you will have the scope to take on added responsibilities.
