Job summary Lincolnshire Community Heath Services are looking for Registered Nursing Associates or soon to be Registered Nursing Associates to join their Lincoln North Community Nursing Team The positions are available on a full or part time basis across a 7 day period. We cover the hours of 8:00am to 6:30pm predominantly using Early, Late and 9-5 shifts. We offer a 12-week induction programme for our new starters to support them in settling into their new role and provide development opportunities. A preceptorship programme is also delivered for our newly qualified staff. Please note this position will not commence before May 2025 Main duties of the job As a Registered Nursing Associate within the community nursing team you will be responsible for contributing to the assessment, planning & delivery of care to patients in their own homes & care homes with a degree of autonomy. You will therefore need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be motivated & flexible in your approach to care delivery. You must hold a range of clinical skills suitable for the work environment and be willing to learn & develop into the role. You will need to be a professional, resilient, reliable & approachable as well as a strong team player. IT skills are essential as the use of the electronic patient record Systm One is used on a daily basis along with accessing spreadsheets, emails & shared files.
