Are you a Finance specialist looking for a great new opportunity to take on new role as Financial Controller, running a small team for a huge company? My client is looking for a new team member who can take control of payroll, CIS, Management accounts, budgeting and cashflow forecast.
Job duties of the Finance Controller are to:
* Process the payroll, CIS, and VAT records
* Submit returns and payments to HMRC
* Prepare financial and management accounts
* Manage cashflow processes, optimising profits and minimising losses
* Manage the company’s finances and report on them on a consistent basis, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually
* Work with the company’s accountants and be the first point of contact for the annual audit
Skills and experience required for the Finance Controller are:
* AAT qualified or qualified by experience
* Ability to reliably commute to Heathfield on a daily basis (no home working)
* Desire to manage a small team
* Experience of accounting software, preferably QuickBooks and MS Office 365
* Knowledge of FCA and other statutory requirements
