We are working exclusively with this company based in the Welwyn Garden City area who are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a 12-month contract initially.
Your duties will include:
1. Meeting and greeting clients and staff.
2. Answering inbound calls and transferring to the relevant departments.
3. Providing administrative help where required.
4. General filing of invoices.
5. Franking all mail and dealing with stationery orders.
6. Ensuring that the cupboards are kept tidy.
You will have a background with reception duties, possess basic Microsoft skills, and be generally numeric with literacy skills.
In return, the company offers a salary of £22,483.50 plus bonus potential and life insurance after the probation period.
This role is initially for 12 months and will then be reviewed.
