We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to join our team and support marketing activities and campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in marketing roles who is ready to take on key tasks that contribute to the overall marketing strategy. The role focusses on execution of day-to-day marketing operations and supporting the wider team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Campaign Support: Assist senior team members with the smooth running of campaigns, ensuring activities are executed on time and aligned with the overall budget and strategy.
•Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and marketing strategy, working closely with sales and account management teams.
•Social Media Management: Schedule and post content on social media platforms, monitor engagement, and report on performance.
•Event Coordination: Support the team with events including webinars and exhibitions, handling logistics, liaising with multiple suppliers, as well as curating dedicated email and social media campaigns.
•Email marketing: Assist with the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, managing subscriber lists and tracking performance.
•Data lists and reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software.
•Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing materials are in line with business objectives.
•Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, gather insights on competitors, and support the team with data that informs campaign strategies.
•Brand deployment: Ensuring all channels and content are on brand and up to date, e.g. presentations, sales collaterals, events materials, website, e-coms and marketing campaigns.
ABOUT YOU
•Experience: At least 3-4 years’ experience in a marketing or similar role.
•Creative & Innovative: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation. Confident to share fresh ideas and contribute to the ongoing improvement of marketing campaigns.
•Digital Expertise: Experience with email marketing and social media marketing campaigns.
•Attention to detail: High attention to detail.
•Organised and proactive: Ability to manage tasks simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
•Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with different teams.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
