Are you ready to be part of something special? Welcome to settle, where our brand-new 2030 strategy marks the beginning of an exciting journey. With a loyal commitment to providing excellent service to our residents, there's no better time to join our crew.
Our 23,000 diverse residents are the heart of settle, and we place them at the centre of everything we do. Operating across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and South Cambridgeshire, you'll play a crucial role in providing safe, high-quality homes where residents can take pride and create lasting memories.
By working closely with local stakeholders, we identify sector needs and develop strategic plans, including delivering new, affordable homes to meet housing demands. We champion diversity across all areas of our organisation and are particularly focused on welcoming applications from females, to address the underrepresentation of women in our property roles.
We are looking for a Homes and maintenance partner to join our property team. You will ensure the efficient, value-for-money delivery of a high-quality repair service to meet the individual needs of settle’s tenants and leaseholders by working collaboratively across the business.
