Your new companyHays is seeking a qualified plumber to join a reputable public sector organisation. This role is based at a high-security site near Oakham, where you will be an integral part of the maintenance department.Your new roleAs a Plumber, you will focus on both reactive and planned maintenance projects within the establishment. Depending on the scope of work, you may work independently or as part of a team. The employer will provide all necessary tools, uniform, and training on keys and radios. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week and every third weekend on a rolling rota.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you must be qualified to Level 2 or above in City and Guilds or an equivalent qualification. Proof of qualifications/certificates is essential. You should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to follow strict procedures, and the initiative to notify senior staff of any issues.
