BULKHEAD is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Partner to join our Recruitment and HR team.
In this role, you’ll support the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to HR support, ensuring a smooth experience for all new starters and employees.
You’ll work across departments to create effective onboarding plans and help drive a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
1. Support recruitment through applicant management, interview coordination, and job posting.
2. Manage the onboarding process, including equipment setup, scheduling, and inductions.
3. Distribute offer letters, contracts, and complete Right to Work checks.
4. Assist with relocation support and manage employee absence records.
5. Provide HR admin support and ensure a seamless employee experience.
Skills & Experience
1. Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
2. Proactive, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
3. Previous experience in administration or People Operations in a fast-paced environment.
4. A passion for creating positive employee experiences (interest in games is a bonus!).
