Junior/Mid-Level Scrum Master – Hybrid Role – Manchester, UK

The Role
We require a Junior to Mid-Level Scrum Master with at least 12 months of experience working directly with developers in a Scrum or Agile project management capacity. Experience working with fully remote development teams is essential.
As the Scrum Master, you will play a key role in fostering an agile mindset across teams, leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members on agile principles, and ensuring high-quality outcomes while removing obstacles.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.).
* Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and ready for sprints.
* Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.
* Track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* At least 12 months of experience in a Scrum or Agile project management role working directly with developers.
* Experience working with a fully remote development team.
* A strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, excellent communication skills, and be able to build trust with the team. Salary: £45k
