The Role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding market share across Southwest England. This is a clinical lead sale, meaning your ability to provide expert education, training, and clinical support will be key to success. You'll be engaging with warm accounts, building on existing relationships and further strengthening customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in NHS and private hospitals.
* Provide product expertise and training to clinicians in interventional cardiology and vascular procedures.
* Identify opportunities to grow market share and drive sales within the territory.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including competitor products and NHS procurement processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and clinical specialists, to ensure effective account management.
What We're Looking For
✅ Medical device sales experience, ideally within interventional cardiology or vascular access.
✅ Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
✅ Clinically trained professionals (e.g., nurses, radiographers) with a strong interest in sales will also be considered.
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider UK sales team.
✅ A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
