Key responsibilities will include: Provide tailored coaching and support to individuals struggling to remain in or return to work. Conduct assessments to identify employment barriers and create action plans. Work collaboratively with GPs, Job Centre Plus, employers, and voluntary sector organisations. Deliver one-to-one sessions and group workshops to support participants. Maintain detailed case records and action plans, ensuring accurate data collection. Refer participants to external services for additional health and employment support. Support training for external organisations to raise awareness of WorkWell and employment challenges.
