Responsibilities: The Sewer Sales Estimator is responsible for converting drain cleaning work into sales to meet the division’s set revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
NOTE: 100% Commission Sales + Bonus - Amazing regional earnings potential! This is a W-2 Employee position with great benefits!
In this role, you will:
* Execute the sales process to meet booking, conversion, and job profitability goals.
* Present Len The Plumber as the “industry best” by selling the brand and value proposition against the competition.
* Create trust and value when presenting sewer repair options to homeowners.
* Develop a daily schedule of productive activities from qualified leads.
* Develop community relationships.
* Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers.
* Complete camera inspections of main line for customers and accurately diagnose defects.
* Inform homeowners of the state of their sewer main and offer appropriate options for repair or replacement.
* Prepare and present individualized proposals for main sewer replacements or repairs.
* Close sales and achieve assigned sales performance objectives.
* Collaborate with the Excavation team to ensure the job is executed professionally.
* Contact local utility companies for crews' required paperwork.
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
* Experience in Sewer, Plumbing or HVAC sales.
* 5+ years of proven sales experience required; 2+ years of residential/home services experience, highly preferred.
* Strong business acumen required.
* Ability to work in the field, in the office, or at customers’ homes.
* Periodic visits at various branch locations may be required.
* Set appropriate customer expectations regarding scope of work, availability, and landscaping.
* Accurately ‘locate’ damaged sewer line to formulate an accurate scope of work.
* Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
* Work professionally under pressure during high-volume work.
* Multitask and prioritize (or reprioritize) tasks on very short notice.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
