Job Description for the Customer Service Coordinator:
Ordering stock from suppliers for customer orders which are taken from the Sales team
Looking after various numbers of orders each day
Updating orders on an inventory management system
Chasing up order delays and inform customers of any issues
Working quickly with internal departments to resolve delivery issues We are seeking candidates for the Customer Service Coordinator role with the following skills/experience:
Customer service experience within an office environment is essential
Must be able to work within a fast-paced role
Be a strong team player
Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Be able to use internal systems
Excellent organisation skills Hours: Monday- Thursday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm Friday 9:00 am -4:00 pm
Salary: £24,000 -£25,000 DOE Per Annum
