The role offers a hybrid working model with occasional travel to sites.Your new roleAs the HR Manager, you hold responsibility for the HR performance throughout the hotels within your cluster. Ultimately, you will be responsible for supporting and spearheading the end-to-end employee lifecycle within your region. Your role will be varied, and you will operate as a true HR Generalist, undertaking administration duties as well as being strategic and supporting the overall goals of the HR function. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams, be self-motivated and have the ability to multitask and work across several sites and multiple teams.What you will need to succeed
