Location: Canary Wharf, London - Hybrid & Remote positions available Salary/Rate: £26.000,- benefits Reports to: Team Manager Progression: The QA can progress to Team manager within the team or through Konecta’s large network to different campaigns within the company Hours: Full time: 37.50 per week, Between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday, 8-4PM Saturday and 9-4PM Sunday. Shifts will include 1 weekend day every other week with a weekday given in lieu. Outline With the expanding campaign, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivating QA in order for the quality to remain the high standard as it is. Daily call listening and trainings to be given to the sales and service agents. Ensuring the KPI’s are met whilst motivating the team Responsibilities: Ensuring the quality of the of the calls remain the high standard Evaluating calls and train the agents where possible Making sure the agents have all information needed Responsible of the day to day running of the campaign, making sure all agents are as productive as possible managing the QOS Client meetings with QA or other campaign related topics This list is not intended to be exhaustive, and other duties may be required from time to time as deemed reasonable by the business.
