In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all Tier 2 people relations (employee relations) case matters are managed in accordance with BT Policy, Process, and Employment Legislation. You will oversee a values-driven and inclusive People Relations (PR) case service, ensuring that all cases are handled with fairness, consistency, and a human-centric, risk-managed approach.
Managing a team of PR professionals, you will provide advice and guidance to managers and leaders across the full spectrum of PR cases for BT Group, including conduct, conflict, capability, new joiners, exits, and health & wellbeing matters. Your guidance will ensure the delivery of best-in-class people relations solutions.
You will maintain holistic oversight of the case landscape across BT Group, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of the case service. Additionally, you will identify case insights and themes that drive continuous improvement and enhance the colleague experience.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
* Proven experience managing an employee relations case team who manage a high-volumes of cases, ensuring optimal performance and team cohesion
* Deep knowledge and experience in handling a wide range of ER-related case matters, providing expert guidance and support
* Strong capability to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements
* Proficiency in developing and delivering educational resources, briefings, and training sessions related to ER
* In-depth understanding of the current legislative landscape, with the ability to anticipate and advise on changes affecting employees
* Knowledge of SAP systems, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow for effective case management and data interpretation
* Solid project management skills to oversee and execute various initiatives and projects
